**Returns Policy**

  • You can return your BC items within 14 days of purchase.

 

  • Return costs are at your own expense.

 

  • Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the original order or through EFT, within 14 days of receipt.

 

  • BC guarantees a full refund on returned items provided they are in the original condition in which you received them. This means that the returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized jewelry will not be refundable.
  • All pierced items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • You are responsible for the returns until the parcel reaches our warehouse. We advise you to ship with track & trace and retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.

**Damaged Item**

In the unlikely event that you received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will either send you a new product or repair it. Items that are broken and can be easily fixed will first be repaired.

  • Depending on the state of the damaged item and your location, we may send a courier to collect it.
